Job Summary
The Corporate Solutions Officer is responsible for the end-to-end field execution of fleet leasing services for assigned long-term corporate accounts. This role ensures the timely deployment of vehicles and drivers, manages day-to-day client relationships, oversees driver performance and discipline, and coordinates real-time dispatch and fulfillment operations. The Corporate Solutions Officer serves as the primary point of contact for both clients and drivers — ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, concerns are resolved swiftly, and every client interaction reinforces Exclusive Cars commitment to exceptional private mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
A. Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, managing day-to-day
client communications and concerns.
• Conduct periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction, identify service gaps, and surface
opportunities for renewal or account expansion.
• Coordinate contract onboarding for new accounts and support renewal or amendment processes
in coordination with the Corporate Solutions Lead.
• Proactively communicate service updates, trip confirmations, and deployment changes to clients.
B. Field Fulfillment & Dispatch
• Manage transport contract execution for assigned accounts, ensuring drivers and vehicles are
deployed on schedule and in compliance with client requirements.
• Supervise driver schedules, attendance, and daily assignments to maintain uninterrupted service
delivery.
• Oversee the availability and readiness of replacement vehicles and drivers to prevent service
disruptions.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers to ensure real-time trip monitoring and prompt response to changes or escalations.
C. Driver Supervision & People Management
• Monitor driver performance, behavior, and compliance with company and client-specific
standards.
• Implement corrective actions or escalate disciplinary concerns to the Corporate Solutions Lead as
appropriate.
• Conduct regular driver briefings to reinforce service standards, safety protocols, and client
expectations.
D. Fleet Coordination & Compliance
• Coordinate with the Fleet R&M Team on the field side to ensure timely vehicle servicing and
minimize downtime for assigned accounts.
• Ensure all vehicles deployed to corporate accounts meet brand, safety, and client-specified
standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with LTFRB regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably at least 2–3 years of experience in client management, fleet operations, logistics, or ground transportation services.
• Experience supervising drivers or frontline service personnel is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with dispatch or fleet management systems is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours in alignment with corporate account requirements.
