About the Role

Responsible for delivery of revenue from new business and renewal business and activity targets assigned to his/her team. Ensure that all performance, revenue and activity metrics needed to track, monitor and deliver the targets are institutionalized though regular reports, meetings and planning activities,

Responsible for the assigned team's new business and renewal growth premium for our Company from the sale of Group Insurance products including but not limited to Employee Benefits (EB) such as health and medical insurance packaged and customized plans, HMOs and Credit Line products through the Company's established distribution channels. This also includes Individual Voluntary Solutions (IVS) sales thru worksite and financial literacy engagements with existing and prospective EB clients and other activities.

  • Ensure delivery of targets assigned to the team. Targets include both revenue for new business and renewal and activity goals needed to deliver the former.
  • Develop strategies for how he and his team will meet the assigned targets with the appropriate action plans and tactics cascaded to the team members.
  • Conduct proper 15-day deployment for newly onboarded BSEs
  • Ensures JFW and coaching sessions with each BSE per month and on a regular session depending on the need.
  • Build relationship with the bank's Division Managers, Area Managers and Corporate Relationship Manager/ Business Banking Relationship Manager assigned to him or his team.
  • Conduct business reviews, and lead weekly and monthly engagements with Bank partner stakeholders. Facilitate and lead target shooting and strategy activities with bank partner stakeholders for target achievement
  • Guide and provide assistance to the BSEs visits, presentations and closing activities.
  • Ensure proper and smooth renewal process of the EB accounts in team's portfolio following the 90. 60. 30 process and ensure a proper portfolio review that leads to cross sell/ upsell or enhancement of benefits.
  • Ensure the prompt and timely submission of accurate reports to immediate superior and provide analysis for each report to include recovery plan should figures lag behind assigned targets.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for members of his/her team as well as bank partners
  • Conduct financial literacy wellness sessions on per need basis for wellness engagements with existing and prospective EB clients geared toward IVS selling.
