CORPORATE SERVICES SPECIALIST

Job Summary

The Corporate Services Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients in fulfilling their corporate regulatory and compliance requirements. This role ensures clients remain compliant with SEC, BIR, and other relevant government agencies, while also supporting corporate secretarial services and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Assist clients with SEC registration, amendment filings, GIS, AFS submissions, and other corporate compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate BIR registration, updates, and compliance tasks, including securing COR, ATP, books of accounts, and related certificates.
  • Coordinate with other government agencies as needed (LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, CDA, DTI, etc.).

Corporate Secretarial Services

  • Prepare board resolutions, secretary's certificates, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate corporate records, databases, and files.
  • Assist in the monitoring of regulatory deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Client Servicing

  • Address client queries and concerns regarding corporate compliance and registration requirements.
  • Provide guidance and updates on corporate governance, compliance timelines, and documentary needs.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient support and excellent service experience.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and review forms, letters, and compliance reports prior to filing or submission.
  • Monitor status of applications and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain organized documentation for audit and tracking purposes.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Legal Management, or a related business course.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate services, regulatory compliance, corporate secretarial work, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customerservice orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SEC, BIR, and other government compliance processes is an advantage.
