Job Description

AT A GLANCE  

The Corporate Services Senior Manager will oversee Sunnies core operational support functions, ensuring that Engineering & Facilities, Information Systems (Infrastructure & Support), and Administrative Services run seamlessly to enable business operations. This role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, cost efficiency, and service delivery, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution. It plays a critical role in building scalable support systems and high-performing teams that enable store operations, HQ, warehouse, and expansion efforts. 

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY 

Engineering & Facilities Management 

  • Oversee maintenance and operations of Sunnies HQ, stores, and warehouse facilities.  
  • Ensure all sites meet safety, security, and operational standards for employees and customers.  
  • Lead store fit-out, renovation, and engineering projects aligned with brand and design standards.  
  • Drive preventive maintenance systems, asset tracking, and facility lifecycle management.  
  • Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.  
  • Implement sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across facilities. 

 

Information Systems (Infrastructure & Support) 

  • Manage IT infrastructure supporting HQ, warehouse, and retail operations.  
  • Oversee POS systems stability and integration with inventory, finance, and e-commerce platforms.  
  • Ensure network reliability, system uptime, and access management across all sites.  
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and system controls.  
  • Lead IT support operations, including service desk, ticket resolution, and SLA management.  
  • Improve user experience through responsive and efficient technical support. 

Administrative Services 

  • Lead end-to-end administrative operations including Office services and facilities coordination, Procurement (non-trade) and supplies management, and Logistics and workplace services  
  • Drive procurement excellence 
  • Vendor sourcing, accreditation, and performance management  
  • Contract negotiation and cost optimization  
  • Compliance with internal policies and controls  
  • Standardize and enforce administrative policies, governance, and documentation.  
  • Oversee employee services such as workspace allocation, travel, and general support.  
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across HQ, warehouse, and retail environments. 

 

Leadership & Strategic Support 

  • Align corporate services initiatives with Sunnies growth, expansion, and operational priorities.  
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure support functions enable retail, e-commerce, and creative operations effectively.  
  • Build and lead a proactive, service-oriented, and accountable corporate services team.  
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, cost control, and execution speed.  
  • Establish metrics and reporting to track service performance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.

YOUR TALENT  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate services, operations, or related fields, ideally in retail or lifestyle industries. 
  • Strong background in facilities management, IT systems, and administrative operations. 
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, process improvements, and vendor negotiations. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to balance big-picture planning with day-to-day operational execution.
