Experienced Corporate Services professional and strategic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit We are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our corporate compliance and business setup operations in the Philippines. In this strategic role, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery, manage client portfolios, and lead a high-performing team of specialists empowering businesses to establish and maintain seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee the daily operations of Corporate Services activities with clients.
- Develop and lead our Corporate Services team in charge of company set-up and registrations, business license applications, permit applications, and renewals with various government agencies (SEC, BIR, DTI, City Halls, SSS, etc.).
- Liaise and transact with various government agencies for local registration and compliance requirements.
- Maintain overall responsibility for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance of the Corporate Services team.
- Perform legal research and prepare reports on regulatory issuances involving licensing and registration, as well as matters related to periodic government reports and filings.
- Provide support to the company and clients for any legal and compliance administration requirements.
- As part of the management team, engage in cross-functional working groups to improve best practices and processes.

● Minimum 1-year experience in a law or accounting firm is preferred but not required.
