Corporate Secretary

Location: Tarlac & Clark, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Salary Range: Php 32,000 - Php 44,000

As a Corporate Secretary, you will work closely with the client to manage critical Australian corporate compliance. This role is essential for maintaining the regulatory standing of client entities, requiring a high degree of technical precision and an intermediate mastery of specialized compliance software.

Your Impact

  • ASIC Management: Manage annual company statements and process changes to company details through ASIC.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare invoices for ASIC-related services and monitor fee payments, including tracking late fees and managing waiver requests.
  • Record Keeping: Download and maintain ASIC company extracts, correspondence registers, and corporate secretarial documentation with high accuracy.
  • Search & Verification: Conduct thorough company and individual searches using ASIC and other relevant regulatory platforms.
  • Portal Administration: Add and maintain client details within the tax agent portal to ensure data integrity.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Perform additional administrative and compliance tasks as required to support the client's business goals.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:At least 1-2 years of Australian (AU) experience.
  • The Background: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant within a professional services firm and a team environment.
  • Technical Mastery: Intermediate knowledge of the CAS 360 software package is required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and corporate governance principles is preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editors.
