The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, arranging and leading client meetings, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 8 years relevant experience in sales, account management, business development, or marketing
Proven ability to generate leads, manage client accounts, and close sales deals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in promotions, sponsorships, events, or integrated marketing campaigns is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, and meet deadlines
Creative skills (e.g., concept development, copywriting, basic design or creative thinking) are an advantage but not required

Identify, research, and generate new sales opportunities and leads

Arrange client meetings and deliver sales pitches and presentations

Provide excellent client support through timely information, guidance, and service
Understand client needs and customize products and services
Prepare sales and marketing packages, proposals, and close deals
Coordinate project activities, internal teams, billing, and collections
Develop promotional and marketing packages to support client and business development initiatives
Collaborate with marketing team on branding and campaign concepts
Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Secure sponsorships and marketing partners for venueproduced events (e.g., Disney On Ice)
