Job Description

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and strategic leader to drive SM Retail's Corporate Sales initiatives in digital and gift solutions. As Head of Corporate Sales, you will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key corporate relationships, and shape sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the long-term corporate sales strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
  • Set clear objectives and monitor performance to achieve targets.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing corporate sales team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Client Relationship & Contract Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and C-level executives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, oversee renewals, and ensure compliance.

Sales Performance & Analytics

  • Leverage data to track performance, analyze trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • Identify new avenues for growth and enter new markets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support sales initiatives.

Financial Oversight & Governance

  • Manage the corporate sales budget efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of B2B/Corporate Sales experience, with proven success leading teams.
  • Experience managing multi-million-peso contracts and C-level relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital platforms and e-commerce solutions.
  • Willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Preferably from banking, tech, or gift card industries
