Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and strategic leader to drive SM Retail's Corporate Sales initiatives in digital and gift solutions. As Head of Corporate Sales, you will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key corporate relationships, and shape sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term corporate sales strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
- Set clear objectives and monitor performance to achieve targets.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing corporate sales team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Client Relationship & Contract Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and C-level executives.
- Lead contract negotiations, oversee renewals, and ensure compliance.
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Leverage data to track performance, analyze trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify new avenues for growth and enter new markets.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support sales initiatives.
Financial Oversight & Governance
- Manage the corporate sales budget efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and governance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of B2B/Corporate Sales experience, with proven success leading teams.
- Experience managing multi-million-peso contracts and C-level relationships.
- Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital platforms and e-commerce solutions.
- Willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Preferably from banking, tech, or gift card industries
