Job Description

  • Prospecting new clients in the designated corporate business industry (e.g., Banking/Telecom). ​
  • Creating new business models to redefine economic value for the company. ​
  • Generating ideas and concepts for clients regarding new project development. ​
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales productivity goals. ​
  • Developing and managing pipelines to meet or exceed group targets. ​
  • Initiating sales processes such as scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding account requirements. ​
  • Overseeing existing project development with clients. ​
  • Monitoring competitive products and contributing market-related information. ​
  • Extensive sales experience (preferably from IT, Solutions, or related businesses). ​
  • Handling prospecting of new accounts for the assigned industry. ​
  • Managing confirmed accounts to ensure profitability and business continuity. ​
  • Maintaining client relationships across various departments and levels. ​
  • Performing administrative tasks and proper documentation for project and client lifecycle management. ​
  • Working individually and with a team to meet sales productivity goals and quotas. ​
  • Preparing quotations, BID documents, and gathering initial requirements. ​
  • Contributing to market expansion and product development insights. ​
  • Structuring financially and strategically viable deals to meet revenue and margin targets. ​
  • Responsibilities may vary based on the company's business needs. ​

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any field.
  • Experienced in e-Commerce, or any related field is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to perform fieldwork.
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
  • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous clients and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands and services
  • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy client / customers needs
  • Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
  • Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
