Job Responsibilities:
-Attend to customer's enquiries and prepare sales quotation
-Follow up and coordinate customer order and perform good customer service
-Liase with relevant parties (eg. factories, suppliers, sub-contractor) for sampling sourcing and coordinate production delivery
-Manage and coordinate orders to ensure order reached according to customer's request
-Respond promptly to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails
-Maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businesses.
-Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
-Outreach to customer
Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (required for EP application assessment).
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liase with Mandarin speaking clients/associates and our China factory
-Good writing and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in fast paced
-Able to start work immediately will be an additional advantage
