RedDoorz Corporate Sales Team is on a mission to make RedDoorz the most trusted brand technology-driven hotel management & booking platform.
The Grind
- Reporting directly to the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer demands.
- Sending emails, letters, forms, and others for resellers, travel agents, and corporate clients as may be directed by the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Identifying new business prospects and selling room nights directly to corporate accounts for MIB target attainment focused mainly on resellers, travel agents, companies, government clients, and non-government organizations in key cities and provinces.
- Participating and conducting various B2B (Business to Business), Travel Trade, and B2C (Business to Consumer) events for sales production.
- Developing and sustaining long-term business relationships with customers.
- Selling hotel rooms including our ancillary products such as meals, travel protection, transportation services, red assured stay, platform fee, and events packages.
- Transacting with resellers, travel agents, and corporate accounts through Telesales and Fieldwork to explain company products and encourage hotel bookings.
- Visiting RedDoorz properties for areas of sales saturation to gather leads that can be converted into active hotel bookers.
- Answering client queries, and concerns and addressing issues with support from relevant departments within the company whenever necessary.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and services through training and sales engagements.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, pipeline, accounts receivable of clients, scheduled customer appointments, and client complaints including feedback.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience through social media promotions and others.
- Liaising with Corporate Sales Admin Support and Customer Service Department to handle inquiries and requests from/with support of the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Analyzing competitors products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Submitting a daily/weekly progress report to the Corporate Sales Manager in view of target monthly target achievement.

The Fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, Marketing, Commerce or any related course
- Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Business Development.
