The position is primarily responsible for leading corporate and institutional sales initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue-generating business opportunities for the Gold Bar business. The position is also responsible for overseeing corporate sales activities, B2B business development, event activations, and client relationship management to support sustainable business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate Sales and Business Development
- Leads corporate and institutional sales initiatives, including prospecting, client acquisition, account development, and revenue growth activities.
- Develops and implements sales strategies to expand the corporate client base and maximize business opportunities.
- Manages the corporate sales pipeline, monitors business opportunities, and ensures achievement of sales targets.
- Identifies and pursues B2B business opportunities, institutional partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with corporate clients, institutional accounts, and business partners.
- Prepares and presents business proposals, account plans, and commercial recommendations to management and clients.
- Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
B. Account Management and Event Leadership
- Oversees the management and servicing of corporate and institutional accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of Gold Bar-related events, mall activations, and pop-up booth initiatives.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of client requirements and event activities.
- Reviews account requirements, commercial arrangements, and contractual documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitors event performance and account results and recommends improvements to maximize business outcomes.
- Supervises corporate sales activities and ensures timely follow-through on client commitments and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least seven (7) years of experience in corporate sales, institutional account management, business development, partnership management, or related functions.
- With proven experience in B2B sales, client negotiations, sales pipeline management, and account development.
- With experience in leading events, mall activations, pop-up booths, and business partnership initiatives.
- At least three (3) years of people management or supervisory experience is preferred.
