Role Description The Corporate Sales Associate (CSA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Valenzuela. The CSA is responsible for generating and managing corporate accounts by prospecting new clients, preparing sales proposals, and conducting product or service presentations. Each day involves following up on leads, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through regular calls, meetings, and visits. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. The CSA monitors sales performance, updates records in sales tracking tools, and prepares basic sales reports and documentation to support decision-making. This position requires active participation in team meetings, adherence to company policies, and consistent representation of the company's brand in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in corporate or B2B sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain products and solutions clearly to corporate clients.
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to support long-term customer partnerships.
  • Comfort with basic sales reporting, documentation, and use of spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Valenzuela, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience in a commercial, distribution, or corporate sales environment in the Philippines is an advantage.
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
