Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Hybrid Setup)

Position Summary

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and/or support roles. This role is responsible for ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates, driving recruitment strategies, and supervising a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets in alignment with business needs.

This position follows a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 2 times per month).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and hiring)
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of corporate hiring requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring KPIs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for recruiters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth recruitment workflow

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or volume hiring
  • Minimum 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in BPO or shared services industry is an advantage

Work Setup

  • Hybrid arrangement (onsite 2 times per month)
  • Work location: Teleperformance Philippines sites (as assigned)
