Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Hybrid Setup)

Position Summary
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and/or support roles. This role is responsible for ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates, driving recruitment strategies, and supervising a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets in alignment with business needs.
This position follows a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 2 times per month).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and hiring)
- Ensure timely fulfillment of corporate hiring requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring KPIs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for recruiters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth recruitment workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or volume hiring
- Minimum 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in BPO or shared services industry is an advantage
Work Setup
- Hybrid arrangement (onsite 2 times per month)
- Work location: Teleperformance Philippines sites (as assigned)
