Job Description

The Corporate Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment operations at My Mountain Mover (MMM). This role focuses on executing recruitment strategies, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Screening:

Manage sourcing channels and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce to identify potential candidates.

Screen resumes, evaluate Predictive Index profiles, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

Interview Process Coordination

Schedule and conduct the initial interview with candidates and provide interview feedback.

Coordinate subsequent interview stages, including endorsements to hiring managers and final interviews with executive leadership.

Systems And Background Checks

Coordinate with R&S Compliance Specialist and IT to conduct systems and background checks.

Ensure compliance with MMM's internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication

Regularly update stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives, on recruitment status and candidate progress.

Provide timely feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.

Tracking And Reporting

Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions within the recruitment tracking system.

Utilize the Sourcing & Endorsement Tracker and Salesforce to manage productivity and progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple candidates in various stages of the hiring process.
  • At least 3 years experience in end to end recruitment preferably in Executive Search setting
  • Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates
  • Takes initiative and have a high sense of accountability
