What Will You Do
The
Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job postings, and conduct interviews. The recruiter ensures a smooth recruitment process, builds relationships with candidates, and works to align new hires with company culture. Additionally, they manage candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
The position will be based at the Quezon City site, and you will:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
Who You Are
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for diverse industries or roles.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS certification).
- Familiarity with HRIS and advanced ATS systems.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Proficient in social media recruitment strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with data analysis and recruitment metrics.
