About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can drive end-to-end hiring while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver market insights, and help shape effective hiring strategies in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and overall fit
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely hiring and delivery
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data in ATS/HRIS systems
  • Develop and manage pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience hiring across industries, such as manufacturing and FMCG, is preferred
  • Experience using ATS/HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities
  • Can start as soon as possible
