About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can drive end-to-end hiring while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver market insights, and help shape effective hiring strategies in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and overall fit
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely hiring and delivery
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data in ATS/HRIS systems
- Develop and manage pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience hiring across industries, such as manufacturing and FMCG, is preferred
- Experience using ATS/HRIS systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Can start as soon as possible
