I. Key Duties & Accountabilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with various department heads to understand unique team dynamics, technical stacks, and core competencies required for success.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active talent bench of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles in both the Development and Finance/Operations teams.
- Salary Benchmarking: Stay updated on market trends for both tech and non-tech compensation packages to ensure our offers remain competitive.
- Interview Facilitation: Lead behavioral and culture-fit interviews, and coordinate technical assessments or case studies with relevant subject matter experts.
- Onboarding Collaboration: Partner with HR and IT to ensure a seamless transition from Candidate to New Hire, including the preparation of equipment accountability forms and orientation schedules.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated in real-time to provide accurate recruitment analytics for management reporting.
II. Minimum Hiring Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 13 years of corporate recruitment experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing both Technical (Software Dev, QA, IT) and Non-Technical (Finance, HR, Admin) roles.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and vet technical concepts (e.g., APIs, SQL, Agile frameworks, US GAAP) to effectively screen candidates for specialized departments.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing methods beyond standard job boards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to pivot communication styles to suit different professional backgrounds.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle complex salary negotiations and explain total rewards packages effectively.
- Tools & Systems: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, or Lever) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
