Corporate Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters with sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across projects.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring leaders needs and deliver value by crafting best-fit solutions.
• Create an excellent candidate experience by supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills, and driving the interview and offer process.
• Support scheduling interviews and candidate onboarding processes.
• Conduct administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and record management.
• Influence hiring managers on hiring strategies and provide timely status updates on open roles.
• Utilize Excel functions for analyzing and presenting recruitment data (as instructed).
• Stay updated on hiring trends, market insights, and best practices.

Essential Skills

• Experience:
• Overall 69 years in Recruitment and Sourcing.
• Minimum 5+ years of strong experience in IT Recruitment, with proven expertise in Niche skills roles.
• Technical Understanding:
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), MS Dynamics, Data related roles and technologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and related skill sets.
• Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated roles.
• Ability to assess candidates for networking, server administration, virtualization, storage, and ITSM tools.
• Core Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking ability.

Essential Qualification

• Any Graduation; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
