Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to successfully closing candidates. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to drive efficient and high-quality hiring processes across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, and referrals
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume databases, and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct candidate assessments through phone screenings, virtual interviews, and in-person meetings
- Implement and improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Set and track hiring targets, including quarterly and annual goals
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, attrition, and process compliance
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Support employer branding initiatives by maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Participate in hiring events and talent engagement activities when required
Requirements:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing to job offer)
- Ability to manage multiple roles under pressure
- Strong sourcing skills (not reliant on inbound applications only)
- Can clearly explain their recruitment or onboarding process step-by-step
- Strong stakeholder communication (can influence, not just follow)
- Problem-solver: has fixed delays, bottlenecks, or process gaps
- Resourceful in sourcing (creative channels, not just LinkedIn Easy Apply)
