Responsibilities
- Consistently represent and strengthen the organization's employer brand across all recruitment activities and candidate touchpoints.
- Screen, evaluate, and profile both internal and external candidates for non-agent roles, ensuring strong alignment with business, role, and cultural requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of hiring managers workforce needs and translate these requirements into targeted candidate profiles.
- Actively participate in calibration calls and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment on job scope, success criteria, and talent expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Transitions, and Operations teams to maintain transparency, alignment, and momentum throughout the hiring lifecycle for key roles.
- Partner with the Recruitment Lead to post vacancies across multiple job platforms and support the execution of social media–driven recruitment initiatives.
- Lead, promote, and continuously optimize the Employee Referral Program (ERP) and Applicant Referral Program (ARP) to drive high-quality talent pipelines.
- Support and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as required.
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of recruitment data and applicant tracking systems, including the proper endorsement of qualified candidates for onboarding
Skills and Qualification:
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and recruiters
- Proficiency in phone, text, and email communication
Recruitment Fundamentals
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end support/corporate recruitment
- Proficientcy in Applicant Tracking Systems (Knowledge of Taleo or ZohoRecruit is a Plus)
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards
Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess fit against role requirements
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
