Job Description

Job Summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for driving end‑to‑end recruitment activities for support and niche roles while strengthening the organization's employer brand. This role partners closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality talent aligned with business and cultural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently represent and strengthen the organization's employer brand across all recruitment activities and candidate touchpoints
  • Screen, evaluate, and profile internal and external candidates for non‑agent roles, ensuring strong alignment with business needs, role requirements, and company culture
  • Develop a deep understanding of hiring managers workforce requirements and translate these into targeted candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
  • Actively participate in calibration calls and stakeholder discussions to align on job scope, success criteria, and talent expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Transitions, and Operations teams to maintain transparency, alignment, and hiring momentum
  • Partner with the Recruitment Assistant Manager to post vacancies across multiple job platforms and support social media‑driven recruitment initiatives
  • Lead, promote, and continuously improve the Employee Referral Program (ERP) and Applicant Referral Program (ARP) to build high‑quality talent pipelines
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as needed
  • Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of applicant tracking systems, including proper endorsement of qualified candidates for onboarding

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Taleo or Zoho Recruit is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards
  • Ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess fit against role requirements
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • BS Human Resource Management/Psychology or any other related field
