Do you enjoy finding exceptional talent for roles that require more than just a resume Want a role where your ability to build relationships, uncover hard-to-find talent, and influence hiring decisions helps shape the future of a growing company As a Corporate Recruiter at ClearDesk, you'll focus on niche, specialized, and executive-level hiring, partnering closely with hiring leaders to identify and engage outstanding candidates - even those who aren't actively looking. If you're a proactive headhunter who thrives on difficult searches, builds trust with candidates and stakeholders, and takes pride in finding the right person for the right role, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
Our Story Starts with People Like You
The two founders, best friends, were running businesses that needed great talent fast. So, they started building remote teams across countries like the Philippines, Colombia, and India. Not only did it work, it thrived. They realized that talent isn't limited by geography. With today's technology and high-speed internet, we're able to build high-performing global teams that support businesses across the U.S. So ClearDesk was born.
Today, ClearDesk helps U.S. businesses grow by building world-class remote teams. We don't just connect talent; we manage the entire experience, from recruiting to retention. And while we help clients thrive, we also stay deeply committed to helping our remote team members build real, lasting careers that support their lives and their families.
That's where you come in.
The Role: Corporate Recruiter
Imagine being the person behind every successful hire at ClearDesk. You're not just filling positions. You're helping build the teams that power our growth. You'll connect talented professionals with opportunities across ClearDesk, build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and help ensure we bring in people who have the skills, mindset, and values to thrive here. From niche and specialized roles to key corporate positions, you'll play an important role in shaping the people and teams behind our continued success, while helping preserve and strengthen the culture and core values that make ClearDesk who we are.
As a Corporate Recruiter at ClearDesk, you'll work internally to help source, screen, and select remote talent for a variety of U.S.-based clients, with a strong focus on niche, specialized, and executive-level hiring. You'll work closely with our team leads and hiring managers, understand hiring needs, and use your judgment to identify and engage the right talent.
Unlike a primarily volume-focused recruiting role, this position places greater emphasis on headhunting, executive search, proactive candidate outreach, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Your recruitment work will be focused on niche hiring and proactive sourcing, requiring you to confidently engage both active and passive candidates.
From job boards and social media to referrals, LinkedIn, talent research, and cold outreach, you'll use every tool available to find great people, build meaningful candidate relationships, and keep our hiring standards high.
What Your Days Might Look Like:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand open roles, clarify requirements, and build strategic sourcing plans
- Focus on niche, specialized, and executive-level recruitment, particularly for difficult-to-fill positions
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for internal management, team lead, and director-level openings, applying a higher bar for confidentiality, discretion, and stakeholder management.
- Advise hiring executives on market compensation, leveling, and competitive positioning for management-level offers
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and targeted outreach
- Develop personalized and compelling outreach strategies to engage candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, career progression, motivation, and overall fit
- Conduct video interviews and assess candidates for alignment with client expectations, role requirements, and company culture
- Evaluate candidates beyond their resumes, including communication skills, commitment, collaboration, adaptability, and willingness to give and receive feedback
- Use ATS tools to manage pipelines, organize candidate data, document recruitment activity, and keep the process moving
- Manage sensitive searches (e.g., backfills for existing leaders, restructures, or confidential replacements) with appropriate discretion.
- Guide hiring managers through structured, bias-aware evaluation of leadership competencies such as team management, cross-functional influence, and strategic judgment.
- Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and take initiative to flag delays, blockers, or challenges in the hiring process
- Provide clear and structured candidate endorsements and recommendations to hiring stakeholders
- Help refine job descriptions, outreach templates, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows
- Stay up to date on trends in executive search, recruitment, sourcing platforms, AI tools, and global hiring best practices
- Use AI tools and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, research, outreach, screening, and overall productivity
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer-acceptance rate) by requisition type and level
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and demonstrate a willingness to support teammates when needed
- Represent ClearDesk's culture and employer brand professionally throughout the candidate experience
- Ensure hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws and internal equal-opportunity standards
Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:
