Corporate Psychologist / Chief Wellness Officer | Earn up to PHP80K!
Location: IT Park, Apas, Lahug, Cebu
Shift Schedule: 6 AM 3 PM / 7 AM 4 PM (flexible based on business needs)

This isn't just a clinical roleit's a strategic, culture-shaping opportunity. You'll design and implement programs that support mental health, well-being, and human performance across our global workforce.
What You'll Do
Mental Health & Emotional Support
- Provide confidential one-on-one and group counseling for stress, burnout, grief, or personal challenges.
- Offer Psychological First Aid in emergencies or critical incidents.
- Introduce practical wellness practices like mindfulness, grounding techniques, stress management, and sleep optimization.
Wellness Education & Learning Programs
- Design and facilitate monthly workshops and masterclasses on topics such as resilience, nutrition, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
- Collaborate with Marketing and L&D to make psychological insights engaging and easy to apply.
Leadership & Team Performance
- Apply psychological principles to enhance accountability, trust, and team dynamics.
- Support leadership development, assessments, and succession planning.
- Co-create training on conflict resolution, empathy, and human-centered communication.
Culture & Organizational Wellness
- Drive initiatives that foster psychological safety, inclusion, and well-being.
- Conduct well-being and engagement surveys and present actionable recommendations.
- Serve as GoTeam's resident mental health and wellness expert.
Compliance & Impact Measurement
- Maintain ethical documentation in line with the Data Privacy Act.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of wellness programs, including engagement, utilization, and retention metrics.
- Ensure readiness for crisis response and support protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Behavioral Science Professional.
- 5+ years of experience navigating psychological challenges, trauma recovery, or high-stakes emotional environments.
- Experience in BPO, high-volume service industries, or high-performance corporate environments is a plus.
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention, wellness program development, or employee assistance programs.
- Strong background in mental health counseling, educational programs, and organizational culture-building.
- Confident in facilitating workshops, presenting to leaders, and leading strategic initiatives.
