Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading key transformation projects and program for the transformation of PCCPI. The PM will manage resources, schedules, financials throughout the full project lifecycle. This includes management of issues, risks, to ensure successful and on-time project delivery and documentation of new processes and systems to ensure the results are sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, budget estimates, and resource allocations.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring clarity on roles, expectations, and project objectives.

Resource Management:

  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage the performance of team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and control project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain project risk and issue logs, documenting actions and outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring that project updates are delivered regularly.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding their needs and concerns and addressing them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, proposals, and project presentations.

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure that expenditures are kept within budgetary limits.
  • Approve invoices and ensure timely payment of vendors and suppliers.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any deviations from the plan.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.

Change Management:

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Facilitate change management processes and ensure that all changes are documented, approved, and communicated.

Project Closure:

  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders and that project objectives are met.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
  • Document lessons learned and archive project records for future reference.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to project management.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduate of Management, Economics, Statistics, or any related course.
  • Experience working with multiple projects and portfolio management
  • Assist in planning, and developing FI Projects
  • Project Management Technical Skills: Problem Solving, Risk Assessment, Strategic Thinking
  • Leadership Skills: Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling (PLOC), Manage Results Through Others, Internal and External Collaboration
  • Skilled in MS Excel and Reports Preparation (Excel Dashboard)
  • Must have minimum at least 1 year of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Commercial and Manufacturing.
