Position Title: Corporate Planning Officer
Scope: Corporate and Operational Planning and Support
Job classification: Individual Contributor/ Semi-experienced level
Required Experience: 2-5 years related job experience
Role:
Supports the organization in developing, coordinating, and monitoring strategic and operational plans. This position ensures alignment across business units, manages planning cycles, and drives continuous improvement in planning quality and execution.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Planning Support
- Assist in the development, consolidation, and analysis of the organization's strategic goals, KPIs, and key initiatives.
- Gather and analyze internal and external data to support strategy formulation (market trends, competitor analysis, performance history).
- Prepare data and inputs needed for strategic planning materials, presentations, and briefing documents for top management and executive committees.
- Coordinate annual and mid-year planning and quarterly review sessions.
- Maintain planning templates, guidelines, planning calendars, and processes.
- Conduct quality reviews of departmental submissions (e.g., completeness, clarity, alignment).
Operational Planning & Alignment
- Coordinate the annual and quarterly operational planning cycles across all business units.
- Assist in reviewing departmental plans for consistency, feasibility, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Record and monitor action plans and identify cross-functional dependencies, and coordinate resolutions with the concerned business units.
- Support the setting of performance indicators and targets for each division.
- Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and cross-functional sessions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to departments on planning standards and requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years working experience.
- Experience in strategic planning and market research
- Familiarity with business analytics, project management or data analysis tools may be an advantage but not a requirement
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Available for January 2026 interview and February onboarding.
