Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Corporate Planning Manager

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Support long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
Deliver performance insights through KPIs, variance analysis, and dashboards
Evaluate investments and strategic projects using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis
Support capital planning and funding strategy alongside Treasury
Prepare board reports and investor presentations

The Successful Applicant

What It Takes to Succeed

5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
Experience in financial services, banking, or microfinance preferred
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
MBA or CFA is an advantage
Advanced Excel skills BI tools experience is a plu
