RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead corporate and operational planning processes for the East Zone.
- Support the Management Committee in creating and implementing the East Zone Strategic Roadmap.
- Ensure tactical and execution plans align with corporate goals.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and assess East Zone KPIs, service obligations, and business performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure progress against targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Communication & Alignment
- Cascade corporate directions across subsidiaries.
- Work closely with leadership to align strategies, plans, and risk management efforts.
Risk & Compliance
- Identify top group risks and integrate risk mitigation into objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements.
Research & Analysis
- Provide market, industry, and economic research to support decision-making.
- Identify new business and growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive threats.
Investment & Portfolio Support
- Assist in portfolio and investment analysis for priority projects.
- Contribute to business planning and investor relations activities.
Leadership & Influence
- Lead teams in developing strategic direction and management controls.
- Influence leaders to adopt new ideas and support cross-company initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management.
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing, sales, or strategic planning (line and support functions).
5+ years in business development, M&A, market research, and strategic planning
International exposure is a plus.
Strong background in business planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and feasibility studies.
Ability to manage multiple strategy projects, timelines, and cross-team initiatives.
Skilled in engaging with executives and providing strategic analysis for decision-making
Excellent leadership and influence in team settings without direct authority.
Superior analytical and conceptual skills; able to interpret data and frameworks clearly.
Excellent oral and written communication.
