The Corporate Planning Head leads the development, execution, and monitoring of the organization's strategic plans. This role works closely with senior leadership to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term corporate strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the annual planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance to identify growth opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management and executive leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure effective execution of plans
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and organizational transformation projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
