Corporate Planning Analyst

We are looking for a Corporate Planning Analyst who will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting decision-making processes within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to engage in strategic planning endeavors, aiming to establish the goals and strategies for the upcoming fiscal term
• Organize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reviews across different departments to evaluate the current progress of KPIs and strategies implemented for the term
• Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management about the progress
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to communicate findings and recommendations
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends and opportunities

Job Qualifications:

• With a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
• With experience in financial analysis and strategic planning in a manufacturing environment
• With experience working as a Production Engineer or Process Engineer, is a plus
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
