Job Description
Job Summary:
The Corporate Partnership Specialist is responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, manufacturing companies, industry associations, government agencies, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to support the growth of GBF Technical Training Center (TTC). The role focuses on building long-term relationships that generate training opportunities, scholarship support, workforce development initiatives, internships, and employment pathways for learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development and Industry Engagement
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders.
- Build a network of manufacturing companies and organizations within CALABARZON and other priority areas.
- Conduct partnership presentations and business meetings to promote TTC programs.
- Explore opportunities for sponsorships, customized training programs, scholarships, and workforce development initiatives.
Corporate Account Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate partners.
- Maintain regular communication and engagement with industry partners.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded collaboration.
- Coordinate partnership agreements, MOUs, and joint initiatives.
Workforce Development Collaboration
- Work with Academic and Operations teams to align training programs with industry requirements.
- Facilitate internships, OJT opportunities, apprenticeships, and employment placements for TTC learners.
- Gather industry insights and labor market information to support program improvement.
Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with Communications teams to develop promotional materials and partnership presentations.
- Represent TTC during industry forums, conferences, open houses, career fairs, and stakeholder events.
- Support promotional activities for Technical Short Courses and scholarship programs.
Reporting and Administration
- Maintain a database of partners, corporate accounts, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor partnership-generated opportunities, enrollments, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and updates on partnership activities and performance.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Education, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in partnership management, corporate relations, stakeholder engagement, account management, business development, or external affairs.
- Experience working with corporate clients, industry associations, government agencies, educational institutions, or non-profit organizations is preferred.
- Experience in workforce development, technical training, education, CSR, ESG, or community engagement programs is an advantage.
