Job Description

Translate top-line business directions and strategic priorities into actionable partnership opportunities and initiatives.
Develop and refine partnership approaches by leveraging existing partner relationships, portfolio, and broader ecosystem connections to achieve business objectives.
Identify the right partners, resources, and collaboration models to unlock opportunities and drive business impact.
Own special projects end-to-end, from problem framing and solution design to partner alignment, execution, and performance evaluation.
Develop partnership proposals and commercial models, balancing business objectives, partner value, and feasibility.
Lead partner communication, negotiation, and cross-functional alignment to drive projects forward.
Evaluate project performance and use data and insights to refine the approach and maximize impact.
Support strategic and ad-hoc initiatives where partnership leverage can create incremental business value

A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of experience in strategic initiative management and partnership management with outstanding negotiation skills
A strong communicator and a team player who can listen to partner needs and translate them into actionable plans, and is excited to contribute to a collaborative culture.
Proven ability to manage partnerships and projects end-to-end.
Proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to take on challenges.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
