Job Description :

Daily clinic operations

Standard clinic policy and guidelines

Creation and tracking of clinic forms

Assist in health and safety regulations and practices whenever

Facilitation of wellness lectures and medical health advisories

Patient management system with the standard report (top 10 illnesses, top 10 medicines dispensed, top 10 clinic utilizers)

Other statutory reports (DOLE Annual Medical Report Form, Work Illness and Exposure Data, Work Related Accident)

Encoding patients medical-related details

Participate in company health and safety (OSH) activities

Create and send email communications related to clinic operations

Provide daily outpatient consultation services within the scope allowed by the nursing profession

Provide nursing care in case of injury

Administer emergency and first aid treatment on appropriate cases such as, but not limited to, work-related traumas or injuries

Assist in the transport of the patient to the nearest hospital in cases of emergencies

Assist a qualified physician in conducting annual medical examinations of Capgemini's employees

Maintain and organize medical records of employees and if a physician is not available prepare and submit an annual medical report using the form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47 as required by the Bureau of Working Conditions

Facilitation of vaccination programs of the company

Review of new joiners Pre Employment Medical Examination and advise on their health status

Any adhoc activities that may deem necessary and required relating to staff wellness, health and safety
