Description

The Corporate Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth, market positioning, and revenue performance. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, product marketing, and demand generation across all business units. The director leads the marketing team, manages the full marketing budget, and collaborates closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure unified, data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the corporate marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and campaign frameworks.
  • Strengthen and maintain brand identity, messaging, and corporate reputation.
  • Oversee PR, media relations, press releases, and crisis communication protocols.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all subsidiaries, partners, and materials.
  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and automation workflows.
  • Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns supporting sales and revenue targets.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and data insights.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral: decks, brochures, case studies, videos, and corporate materials.
  • Manage product marketing initiatives: positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, product launches.
  • Ensure alignment of creative output with brand strategy and market needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8-15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership.
  • Proven expertise in go-to market strategy, digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Background in corporate, B2B, B2G, or multi-business environments is an advantage.
