Job Description

  • Set performance goals, KPIs, and deadlines aligned with company objectives
  • Drive corporate client acquisition and lead generation through various channels (telemarketing, online, networking, fieldwork)
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Monitor sales, margins, accounts receivable (AR), and ensure timely collections
  • Oversee branch operations, including transactions, expenses, inventory, and aging items
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely operational and performance reports
  • Lead, coach, and manage staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and promotions
  • Manage administrative tasks such as permits, RMA, petty cash, and documentation
  • Oversee digital presence (social media pages, inquiries, and customer engagement)
  • Ensure proper cash handling, validation, and timely deposits
  • Cascade company updates, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal departments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • With at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Manager
  • Proven experience in branch operations, sales, or retail management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, financial management, and customer service
