Ensure compliance with all legal requirements (PSE, SEC, DOE).
Oversee and provide legal advice to corporate and commercial transactions and special projects of the company (Project Finance, IPO, Mergers and Acquisitions).
Prepare the framework contracts with the partners, the study-specific contracts with sponsors, and with service providers.
Maintain the legal documents of the company (Statutes, Rules of Internal Procedure) and prepare amendments whenever relevant.
Prepare the framework for purchase policies and the call for tenders.
Requirements
Must be a BAR Exam passer
With at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel/ In-house Lawyer
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
