JOB SUMMARY:

Corporate Legal Counsel for Government Relations and Dispute Resolutionwill play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with regulators, government officials, and local communities. He/she also plays a pivotal role in managing the company's involvement in legal disputes, including but not limited to pre-litigation claims, tenant issues, encroachment and boundary disputes, unlawful detainers, on-going court cases and out-of-court settlements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the main liaison with government agencies, LGUs, and key stakeholders.

Lead strategies for litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management.

Oversee permits, licenses, land acquisition, and title transfers.

Provide legal guidance to align business goals with compliance and integrity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Licensed Philippine lawyer (Juris Doctor / Bachelor of Laws).

Strong knowledge of land acquisition, title transfer, and dispute resolution.

89 years of combined experience in law firm practice and in-house counsel (real estate preferred).

Willing to work onsite and travel to project locations.
