Job Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support to the company and its group of companies. The role will assist in handling corporate documentation, contracts, regulatory compliance, legal research, and corporate housekeeping.

This position is ideal for a newly admitted Philippine Bar passer who wants to develop a career in corporate and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, legal letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Assist in SEC filings, corporate registrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle and maintain corporate records, including Board Resolutions, Secretary's Certificates, and corporate documents.
• Assist in business permits, licenses, and registrations with government agencies such as SEC, BIR, and LGUs.
• Monitor legal and regulatory requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Provide legal support to management and different departments on business-related concerns.
• Assist in reviewing company policies and procedures for legal compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders when necessary.
• Perform other legal and corporate-related tasks as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• Fresh Bar Passers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Philippine corporate and commercial law.
• Familiarity with SEC regulations, corporate housekeeping, contracts, and business compliance is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced business environment.
