Advise on corporate legal matters, labor relations, and taxation
Draft contracts, review legal compliance, and represent company in legal proceedings.
Ensure company adherence to regulatory requirements and risk mitigation on corporate governance, business structure, and strategic decisions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents such as partnership, supplier, and confidentiality agreements.
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
Oversee corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and legal documentation.
Collaborate with senior management to address legal issues that may arise in day-to-day business operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may affect the business.
Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws; Must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
Proven work experience in corporate law, with a focus on business transactions, governance, compliance, and contract management.
Prior experience as in-house counsel or in a corporate law firm is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, business regulations, and compliance matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
