Corporate Internal Auditor

The CIA Lead for Finance & Non-Finance Audits (Officer II) must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Internal Auditing. Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a strong advantage. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience in internal or external audit, financial review, or compliance, with a demonstrated ability to lead fieldwork teams and review working papers. The position is office-based at Shakey's WOW Center and requires proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The role requires solid technical competence in preparing and executing risk-based audit programs for financial and non-financial engagements, conducting internal controls testing and compliance reviews, and performing auditee interviews, process walkthroughs, and control narrative documentation. The incumbent must be capable of reviewing audit working papers, test results, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper cross-referencing, as well as drafting audit findings, management letter comments, and preliminary audit reports. The ability to facilitate opening and closing conferences and communicate observations clearly — both orally and in writing — to auditees and the Assistant Manager is likewise essential

The incumbent must be results-driven and capable of managing engagement timelines, guiding CIA Officers and Specialists through structured on-the-job feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of audit programs and methodologies within the Finance and Non-Finance team
