Job Description

We're looking for a client-focused and commercially driven Corporate A&H Portfolio Officer to join our team and support the growth of our corporate insurance business.

In this role, you'll work closely with corporate clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage and grow a portfolio of Accident & Health (A&H) insurance products while delivering tailored, high-impact solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in insurance (A&H, health, general/non-life insurance)
  • Experience in corporate client servicing, account management, or portfolio management
  • Familiarity with insurance products, ideally in A&H or employee benefits space
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with brokers or distribution partners is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of the corporate A&H insurance portfolio by identifying new business and expansion opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to recommend portfolio strategies
  • Support the design and enhancement of A&H insurance products for corporate clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, brokers, and partners for policy, claims, and product-related inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to support client retention and long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams on client acquisition strategies and proposals
  • Coordinate closely with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and servicing
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights to improve profitability and client satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies, endorsements, and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
