Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bataan for a Corporate HSEQ Manager. This position entails managing and improving the company's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain the highest standards in safety and quality. The HSEQ Manager will develop and implement safety policies, oversee training programs, perform internal audits, coordinate risk assessments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role also involves collaborating with various departments, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and implement corporate HSEQ strategies, policies, and systems

Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, ISO standards, and client HSEQ requirements

Oversee HSEQ performance across multiple project sites

Lead internal and external HSEQ audits and management reviews

Drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site HSEQ teams

Monitor HSEQ performances and prepare reports for top management

Maintain and improve ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required)

Certified Safety Officer SO III or higher (SO IV preferred)

At least 810 years of HSEQ experience, with managerial or supervisory role

Strong background in construction, power plant, oil & gas, or heavy industry

In-depth knowledge of ISO, DOLE, DENR, and international HSEQ standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic management skills

Willing to be assigned full-time in Bataan
