What is this role about
This role will create and maintain financial projections for all entries, including projections for expansion related projects. This person will also perform analysis of financial projections versus actual (this is including budget vs actual variance analysis) by working closely with other concerned departments.

What will YOU do
1. Create and maintain financial projections for all entities, including projections for expansion related projects (CAPEX, etc) by working closely with APM, other FINA Team, VCO, NAS, and Business as necessary
2. Support new business development, lead the development of pitch documents and take a lead role in client pitches.
3. Liaise with and advise clients on transaction strategy including tactics, deal structuring and negotiation strategy, providing genuine sector and transaction insight and displaying deep understanding of the strategic rationale for transactions
4. Support multiple projects and transactions at any given time6. Perform other Corporate Finance Role that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accountancy or any other related courses
    • Experience in Corporate Finance is an advantage but not required - FRESH GRADUATES may still apply
    • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
