Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Senior Manager will be the execution engine of the investment team.

• End-to-end lifecycle of global deal execution including deal sourcing, negotiation and closing
• Capable of leading a project
• Financial analysis and financial modeling
• Local and cross-border deal structuring
• Corporate finance, debt and equity financings
• Capital market strategy and IR assistance
• Regulatory compliance, agreement negotiation and settlement
• Post-investment portfolio management
• Internal and external business developments
• Operating in a high-velocity, multicultural environment, the individual will convert high-level international investment strategies into tangible, high-performing corporate assets.
