Job Description

Lhoopa is building the most scalable housing and land platform in

the Philippines, focused on the underserved affordable segment. Its projects

are financed through third-party debt from banks, private lenders, private

credit funds, and private wealth investors.

We're hiring a Corporate Finance Analyst to support its capital raising and

investor relations activities. The role sits at the core of how Lhoopa funds its

growth: preparing investor materials, running due diligence, and delivering

accurate, on-time reporting to its lenders and investors. It also supports

financial modeling, executive presentations, and selected cross-functional

projects.

This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and investors. We are

looking for a rigorous, reliable analyst who drives workstreams end-to-end.

Responsibilities

1. Capital Raising Support

• Drive workstreams on debt raises with banks, private lenders, private

credit funds, and private wealth investors.

• Prepare investor decks, teasers, term sheet comparisons, and project-

level funding memos.

• Build and maintain data rooms; coordinate due diligence requests

across Finance, Legal, Acquisition, and Operations.

• Maintain the investor pipeline and track every opportunity from first

contact to funding.

2. Investor Reporting & Relations

• Produce periodic investor reports and updates for senior, mezzanine,

and equity investors.

• Ensure every figure reported to investors is accurate, reconciled with

Finance, and delivered on schedule.

• Track covenants, repayment schedules, and upcoming maturities; flag

risks early.

• Prepare responses to investor questions on portfolio performance,

project status, and risks.

3. Financial Modeling

• Build and update project-level models: cash flows, returns, funding

needs, and repayment profiles.

• Run scenario, sensitivity, and downside analyses to support funding

decisions.

• Translate model outputs into clear implications for leadership and

investors.

4. Presentations & Executive Communication

• Create high-quality decks for leadership and external stakeholders.

• Build clear storylines supported by data and structured thinking.

5. Project Management (PMO)

• Drive workstreams on priority cross-functional initiatives: scope,

milestones, timelines, and follow-up.

• Track execution, manage dependencies, and escalate risks proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a

related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, debt capital markets,

private credit, corporate banking, transaction advisory, or investor

relations.

• Hands-on experience supporting at least one capital raise or financing

transaction, including investor materials and due diligence.

• Strong financial modeling skills: three-statement or project-level cash

flow models, returns analysis, scenario and sensitivity testing.

• Solid understanding of debt instruments, security structures, covenants,

and repayment mechanics.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint /

Google Slides.

• High attention to detail and the discipline to deliver accurate reports on

fixed deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to

present to investors and senior leadership.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, resource-

constrained environment.

• Real estate finance or project finance exposure is a strong plus.

• CFA (any level) or equivalent is a plus.
