Responsible for providing marketing support for National Account, Large Group and Group Retiree Solutions client events for a region, including health fairs, benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
- Works directly with designated client contacts to determine meeting options, objectives, strategies, design, and logistics to best support the client. Determines appropriate presentation content.
- Orders and tracks all standard marketing collateral, promotional/raffle items and displays for events and ensures materials are delivered on time.
- Recruits from internal/external resource pools to find meeting facilitators for events.
- Manages meeting data to include meeting logistics, tracking of orders, recruitment of meeting facilitators and capturing meeting feedback.
- Provides internal reports for all event activity. Assists with Local Group meeting recruitment and promotional support when applicable.
- Assists with projects.
- Facilitates events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare event planning or marketing support.
- Experience managing corporate events, health fairs, benefit fairs, and open enrollment meetings.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in event logistics, vendor management, and marketing collateral handling.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
