GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate Document Staff facilitates the gathering of necessary information and requests of corporate documents. He/she primarily keeps and ensures that all corporate documents are well-maintained, and readily accessible.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, LLB, or a related field.
Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): Rules, regulations, and applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Skills:
Certifications/Regulatory Requirements (if any): BSP/AMLC/Data Privacy training certificates
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To receive, acknowledge, log, track, and monitor status of corporate document requests from business units and/or requesters including notarial fee expenses.
2. Coordinate the preparation and drafting of operational corporate documents but not limited to Secretary Certificate and Board Resolution with the Corporate Document Supervisor.
3. Collects and provides the necessary information required by the Corporate Secretary Office in preparing corporate documents required for, but not limited to, SEC compliance, biddings, bank transactions, and/or other private and government offices.
4. Create and maintain a repository of all records of corporate documents, standard template and forms, both soft and hard copies.
5. Performs other tasks related to corporate documents which may be delegated by the Corporate Document Section Supervisor, Legal Manager or Legal Counsel.
