Responsible for the proper coordination with media groups and sponsors during corporate events and oversees event logistics and media unit management.
Monitors PR calendar and assists in the planning, development, and execution of media and marketing events. Conducts post-evaluation of the activities and submits status reports.
Supports media relations and regularly updates the database of media contacts and publications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, Marketing, or any related course.
With at least 2 years of work experience in Public Relations and events management (e.g., product launch, trade events, etc.); experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple events and campaigns.
With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
