Position Summary:

The Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering clear, engaging, and consistent corporate messaging across internal and external channels. The role focuses on corporate content writing, brand messaging, digital communications, and employer branding to strengthen Pinnacle Intelligence's corporate identity and communicate its initiatives, culture, and business achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop corporate content for company announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and internal communications.
• Write and edit content for the company website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in corporate messaging, brand voice, and communication standards.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop communication materials.
• Create content that highlights company milestones, initiatives, culture, and achievements.
• Review and proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.
  
  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, content writing, or a related role.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate business information into clear and engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in employer branding, internal communications, or corporate marketing.
• Familiarity with website content management, SEO, and digital communication platforms.
